FedEx and UPS announced their guarantee about 17 years ago. We started tracking shipments 15 years ago, and we were the second firm in the US to offer this service. The first firm went out of business after suing DHL for failure to honor refunds. DHL, it turns out, had more lawyers and a bigger budget.
We have been tracking shipments and getting our customers refunds longer than anyone else. We’re totally automated, allowing us to remain lean and offer our FREE PLAN to everyone who ships packages.
We believe in the Honor System
Most people are honest. If you’re enrolled in our Premium Plan and we invoice you for a refund you never receive, just let us know and we’ll adjust your invoice immediately. We don’t need any proof or documentation — your word is good enough for us. Our goal is to make your life easier, not harder.
