We will track all your shipments for on-time delivery. We alert you via email when the package is late along with instructions on how to obtain your refund directly from UPS or FedEx. The refund goes directly to you, not us. You never have to pay us even one thin dime. This plan is perfect for low volume shippers, and for larger shippers that want to evaluate us before signing up for our Premium Plan.

• The FREE plan is limited to one refund per month, per carrier account. If the refund is denied for any reason we’ll find another for you. You will get 12 refunds per year for each account.

• There is no upfront cost to join.

• There is never any cost to you for our monitoring.

• There is no commitment to remain a member for a specific period of time.

• There is no cancellation penalty.

• You must be enrolled in the UPS Billing Online or the FedEx Online system. This allows us to know what packages you’ve shipped without any work by you. If you need help signing up for these services give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you. Signing up normally takes about 5 minutes.

• We will provide you with a history of your packages which were delivered late so you can decide if you want to upgrade to our Premium Plan. There is no charge to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
