We’ve spent 15 years perfecting our technology, and we know the rules. We know when it’s worth our time to dig in our heels and go to the UPS or FedEx supervisor to justify the refund. We will fight for every refund you deserve.
• With our Premium Plan we charge you the industry standard, which is half the refunds we obtain for you. Remember, the refunds get credited to your UPS and FedEx invoice and you pay us only if you’re 100% satisfied with our service.
• We will obtain an unlimited number of refunds for you. You’re not limited to one refund per month, which is the limit under our FREE Plan.
• We believe in the honor system. If you don’t get a refund for which we invoice you, let us know and we’ll remove it from our invoice. No documentation is needed. Your word is good enough for us.
• If you receive an invoice for a refund you believe you would’ve gotten without our help, we don’t want to be compensated. Let us know, and we’ll remove that charge from our invoice.
• We will deal with the carriers to obtain your refunds. You don’t have to call in your refund requests as you would with our FREE Plan.
• There is no charge to downgrade to the FREE Plan at any time if you aren’t getting enough refunds to justify the Premium Plan.
• There is no contract, setup or maintenance fee. There are no hidden costs. There is no risk.
